Hi,

I'm about to celebrate 6 months since surgery and I've lost 70 pounds!  One of my friends wants to do something to celebrate and wants me to suggest something.  But I can't think of anything!  Any ideas?

How about a spa day?  If that is a little too expensive, why don't you and your friend give each other manicures, pedicures, new make-up, and a new do for the hair?

Get a pedicure together.  I rewarded myself on the way down.  So nice of your friend wanting to do something for you. 

Get Glamor Shots.   Though you will lose more weight, a great picture of how far you have come will help keep you motivated.   Congrats and enjoy.

I would suggest a SPA-CATION at a local 5-start hotel & spa.
Some nice pampering spa treatments mmmmmmm NOTHING is better!! :)
