Not the Same Dawn
on 7/11/10 12:40 pm - BEE EFF EEE, CA
Another really lazy day because of the heat. I hope tomorrow is alittle cooler. No exercise tends to make me cranky.

My eats for today:

B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, parkay and sugar free syrup

24 oz Drink Mix and water

24 oz Drink Mix and water

2B: 3 egg omelet with mushrooms and swiss cheese..couldn't even begin to eat the home fries

24 oz Drink Mix and water

L: Hebrew National Beef Frank, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese and mustard (no bun)

24 oz Drink Mix and water

D: 3 oz braised bbq beef on an oroweat sandwich thin with processed american cheese, mayo..and 4 large french fries with ketchup and mayo

Dessert: 5 large strawberries and 1/4 cup whipped cream

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1415
Fat: 79.5
Carbs: 91.1
Protein: 100.0

Admittedly not my finest day, with no exercise to speak of...not even any house work, the carbs are too high and the protein too low. Tomorrow will be a better day and I'll have another container of water before bed tonight, I think.

I told you man lol
We had healthy hors d' oeuvers, but the rest of the weekend is off limits & I didnt bother track anything LOL!!! Oh Im sorry - I did track... how many hours i laid out by the pool & spent in the SPAAAAAAAA  LOL!!!!

I had 1/2 of a juicy rib eye for dinner saturday night & truely savored every bite!  GREAT for low carb - but all the mini pieces of BREAD & BUTTER I had before hand was not so great.
We were up early Sunday morning (surprisingly). We did NOT have a low cal/low carb breakfast LOL well - again, I guess mine wasnt THAT bad - since i only had 1 pc of french toast & 2 pcs of thick crispy bacon (). THEN we got our butts outside & walked about 3.5 mi. (mostly hills).
Im wondering if laying out by the pool (w/ just a couple of laps) & soaking in the hot tub burns calories LOL

We shared a juicy a&& pool side bacon cheddar burger - great for my low carb/ not so great for her low cal!. but at least we each only had 1/2 LOL

We tried to work within the low carb/low cal thing, but honestly, that was NOT the main thing on our minds & I am sooooo good w/ that.

I wasnt about to cook anything for dinner when i got home yesterday, so we had red robin burgers for dinner. nuff said LOL

Tomorrow we are back on it
