Accountability - Friday
I was having a horrible week and a pretty horrible day. My car broke down and I came home early...Then I got a message from an OH friend on myspace. It was nice but the really nice thing was while I was on myspace I found another message that was less than 3 hrs old..from a friend I have not seen in 36 years! I've been searching for her for a LONG time...and she found ME!

4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
4:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, w/sf syrup and parkay
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, w/sf syrup and parkay

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 pc turkey breast deli meat and 1 medium banana
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Iced Tea - Lemon
10:45 am 1 breaded chicken patty with spaghetti sauce from last night

3:30 pm 1 oz cheese stick

5:30 pm 1/4 lb lean burger patty on a sandwich thin with cheese, mayo and mustard. I made the mistake of attempting to eat 2 french fries..After not eating anything but a cheese stick since 10:45, I had no room in my pouch. It shrank THAT fast! My totals:
Calories: 1483
Fat: 69.5
Carbs: 114.5
Protein: 117.5
I had a really good day. My carbs were too high but that's alright. This weekend looks like it's looking up. Although, I can't even imagine how I'm going to buy car parts on my budget! But whatever..I'm on cloud nine!

I got up early took a trip to target for a few things then came back home to relax before work.
Breakfast:
2 slices of banana nut french toast w/ SF syrup
2 turkey sausage breakfast sausage links
Snack:
Hummus
Melba toast
Lunch:
Salad.. lettuce, raw broccoli, cucumbers, feta cheese, Tyson steak strips
FF Olive oil Italian dressing
Snack:
3 strawberries, 1/2 a banana
1/2 container of FF yogurt
2 tbsp of granola
Dinner:
2 slices of roast beef.. good and tender. cooked it in the crock pot
1/2 a baked potato w/ spray butter and ff sour cream
Corn on the cob
Too full for a snack
Why do I suck at drinking liquids. I have to make myself drink. All I had today is
- 8 oz FF milk
- 16.9 oz of great value SF drink mix
- 1 can of diet mt dew

I force myself to drink something before I eat..it takes more time to get food in because I'm drinking water all day long but it works for me.
Still, you did awesome. I'm catching flak from my son when I cook anything in the crock pot but he needs to get over that...with money tight, it's the least expensive way to fix less expensive cuts of meat...I think there will be more of that stuff. Parts to fix my car were $250..

for this being my off friday - I felt i did really well today!! Traditionally, the weekends have been really hard for me, but today (that didnt start off as great as i planned) went very well. I had planned ot wake up at a decent hour & hit the gym at the office before we went to the movies - but i didnt make that appt.
We instead just went to the movies & got on w/ our day. The funny thing is - i really see how ive gotten into the groove of WO first thing in the morning (otherwise it wont get done).
B: coffee & sliced fresh from my garden tomatoe w/ cheese stick
L: In & Out hamburger w/ sauce only & 1/2 of a med amc popcorn **I know i know - but we went to the movies & i had a really light breakfast...**

S: Atkins Mocha Latte Shake
D: green onions rolled in sliced ham spread w/ lt cream cheese

Cals - 1260 **bomb for a weekend!!**

net carbs - 78g **DANG!! i didnt think the poprcorn & burger would do THAT mich damage!! :O**

ive been so busy this week i havent been able to post at all. i work 2 jobs and have been putting in a lot of hours this week. ive left my full time job every day this week, run home, changed clothes and went to my part time job. my part time job is subway so ive been existing on 6 inch buffalo chicken subs or chicken breast or strip subs all week. that and a few cookies here or there and yogurt. i wont even finish a 6 inch most of the time but ive hardly been home all week to eat a meal. ive been getting 2 6 inch subs at work, eating one for dinner and the other for lunch the next day. its been crazy this week, not to mention ive gotten no exercise at all!
I've been craving a six in meat ball sub, myself! I figure if I get a foot long, dh and I can split it and dinner for $5 is pretty good when times are tough. I don't think I can buy and cook dinner for that price!
And I've been thinking about a part time extra job too. Times aren't there yet but they could be.
