Averted disaster this morning when our female cat peed on the surge protector for the television, receiver and media player..I swear that cat may be coyote bait here by the weekend. I see some furniture moving and carpet shampooing in my immediate future...like tonight!
My eats:
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes (new recipe and I don't like it) sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue Typhoon
8:20 am 1 oz cheese stick
9:15 am 1 hard boiled egg
10:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:00 am 1 medium peach
11:30 am 20 oz glass of ice water with lemon and splenda
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onions, pickles and Thousand Island Dressing
12:45 pm calcium citrate (3 of them, 150% of daily requirement) and a sublingual B-12
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:15 pm 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup canned peas, 4 slices tomato, raw and some salt..yum for cottage cheese salad!
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz Iced Coffee (12 oz coffee, 4 oz plain soy milk, 2 pkt splenda and ice)

Sorry to hear about the cat incident! My day was OK. I woke up early, took my daughter to breakfast then came back home to a lil cat nap before work at 3

1 slice of wheat toast

Smart Ones frozen dinner

Dinner.. a yummy salad
lettuce, raw spinach, red onion, raw broccoli, cheese, sunflower seeds, Tyson ready steak strips and light olive oil dressing.
Snack:
Dannon Fruit smoothie
Have a good evening

Our cat had a UTI while we were away and the housesitter "did not notice" the urine on our good furniture. It was going to cost $800 to have it cleaned well enough to use again so we had to throw it out. My living room is empty still and we had to pay several hundred dollors in vet bills.

Wow, what a carbfest! Poor planning for the week due to the holiday. No exercise but all the other stuff! It is warm here! I ran in the morning before work yesterday and am doing it again tomorrow to avoid the heat.

I was still very tired this morning, but felt much better after my WO. I always have to go nap in my car for an hour over lunch (at about 1-2pm) & still get the late after energy crash & burn (around 3pm). So by the time 5pm comes around i am literally exhausted.
I rolled my tail out of bed (hard.... so so hard...) & drug myself to the gym where i only did 20 mins on the "arctrainer" but OMG THAT THING KICKED MY FRIGGIN A$$! I mean, i was literally dripping sweat & I neevverrr do that!! after 20 mins of that & went lifted (upper body) for 30 mins.
So it was a GREAT WO!

I really admire you for running. Ive never been a runner & dont have the stamina for it right now. The mental aspect of running always gets to me & I end up freaking out.
But one day I will conquer that! :)
Right now the weather is perfect here in CA, but im sure we'll get our fair share of heat wave like temps soon too.
