After a long weekend it usually takes me some time to get back into the swing of things at work...So hold on, here we go!
My eats:6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T Reduced fat peanut butter, 1/2 serving sugar free honey
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
11:00 am 4 oz turkey burger with processed cheese on a sandwich thin with light ranch dressing (ate this way too fast! darn it!)
11:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:30 pm 1/4 serving protein waffle with 1 T regular peanut butter and 1tsp sugar free honey
2:15 pm 24 oz Drin****d coffee with 1/2 cup plain soy milk and splenda
3:30 pm 1 medium nectarine
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 3 oz steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup salad greens with asian dressing

My day back to work has been slow as crap!

Oh I HATE it when it's slow...I tend to eat WAY more than I should unless I can get up and walk away. From a computer desk job? It doesn't happen much..although, I do manage to get away more than most in my office. Sneaky I guess.
Your list looks good. I have been craving spaghetti since I saw it on your list the other day...I think I better do some dream fields pasta this weekend if I can..we have a grandbaby on her way this weekend I think so...my plans could be changed!

It was extra hard to drag my sry tail out of bed & to the gym this morning, but i did it. I at least for in 30 mins on the TM & about 20 mins of core work.
I was really really thirsty today, but still havent gotten above 64oz of liquids. Im finding that is really hard to get in my liquids when im already so full from eating. I have to wait at least an hour after i eat before i can drink water (soda is OK b/c it makes me burp, but i'd rather drink water). THATS ANOTHER THING! Remember how i haatteeddd water - im downing plain water like no bodys business now - well, at least the water that i do manage to drink (note - not choke down) isnt mixed w/ crystal light or anything.

B: 2 bacon, 1 over med. egg, & 2 pancakes
S: Atkins chocolate delight shake
L: roasted pork lettuce wraps w/ string cheese
S: my pink frosting (plain greek yogurt, a dash of crystal light, & protein)
D: fried pork chop & romaine lettuce
totals:
net cals:846
fat: 51g
net carbs: 66g (im still having trouble getting this # down to under 20g!)
sugar: 40g
protein: 126g

I am so going to use that pink frosting recipe! That sounds wonderful. I was also thinking ricotta cheese might work good too...
Wow...look at those numbers! the protein is off the charts! Awesome job. In order to get enough water, do you really have to wait an hour after you eat? I wait at least a half hour and if it's dense protein, I wait alittle longer. It really depends on how full I feel. Once I know my pouch is empty and I might be feeling alittle hungry is when I chug the fluids. I finish a whole bottle before I eat something again.
