Does your body feel cooler?

Not a weird question at all.

I am now cold all the time!  I went from keeping a fan on in our bedroom all year long, to sleeping under 2 down comforters and a quilt, and laying on top of a fleece blanket placed ontop of the bottom sheet.  I also wear flannel all year long now.  Last summer I was at my sisters in Las Vegas, in July, and I wore a hoodie outside when it was 120 degrees out.  It's insane, but now I have no body fat to speak of and I am cold all the time.

And I do love it.

Good luck with your surgery! As for me after losing 153 pounds since my surgery 18 months ago, I was FREEZING all last winter! I could pile on 5 layers including 2 layers of cuddle duds and still not get warm. Thank goodness I live in Northern CA and don't have to deal with sub-zero winters. LOVING summer for the first time in my adult life!!! Just had a hysterectomy, abdominally, two weeks ago today and am already moving around and taking short walks. Would not have been possible if I had not lost weight. My big abdominal incision would probably not be healed over either. My life has changed for the best!
