Accountability - Monday
What a day! We took a drive and ate a late breakfast..I didn't eat at all all day long after that. I guess I'm afraid to after the sick feeling I had yesterday..
I got all my vitamins, I think..No brain cells today.. I guess the brain took the day off too.
B: ham, mushroom and cheese omelet and maybe a bite of hashed browns..I gave all of them to dear hubby
I had five containers of water during the day. Then we went to a barbeque at a friends' house. They serve the BEST spare ribs...yum.
D: ribs (figured 6 oz, give or take) and salad with raspberry dressing and a slice of garlic toast..
I think while I was baking I had some sugar free chocolate covered caramels..maybe a whole serving through out the day.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1319
Fat: 88.2
Carbs: 68.9
Protein: 65.6
Not too great but I didn't eat alot of anything today..Probably too much fat. I hope it doesn't effect me tomorow..I made mini donuts for the girls at work and next weekend I'll be trying the mini protein donuts for me..

Hope you are deeling better! I was out of town all weekend and eating was fair; a few treats but will get back on the stick tomorrow.

ah yes- that sick feeling.
i had that either saturday or sunday. i remember feeling really shaky & drained. i broke out in a sweat. i think my sugar either spiked or dropped - not sure - but im not a diabetic, so it was strange nonetheless. i also recall having that uncomfortable full feeling again - which actually promted me to say "i hate eating" :O Sometimes i even cant stand the SMELL of food.
I think what it is, is that im having a problem adapting to how heavy solid proteins are in my pouch. That combined w/ the wrong portions make a bad bad combo...

L: romaine/turkey/salame/cheddar wraps
S: movie popcorn
D: hamburger patty
i didnt get a lot of liquids over the weekend. I struggled to get 32oz in today & yesterday.

The good news - I think Ive actually had a breakthrough on the scale!!! YEAH!!!
However, right now, the weekends represent an open door to undo all the hard work ive done during the week. I am much more dicipline during the week, while at work.

It was the fat...Here's my TMI for the month. It was explosive diarrhea and there was a white film on top...looked like liquid LARD...so I know it was the fat..I was afraid to get more than a foot from the bathroom..There will be no hotdogs in my future, that's for SURE...and the sausages that I ate that were spicey? NOPE to those too.

Welcome to you over there in the show-me state! I have a problem with eggs early in the morning but I can't do cold anything first thing. Until I got back into drinking coffee, it had to be something warm and I graduated from malto-meal and cream of wheat with added protein to my waffles and such now..but I do eat about 5-6 times a day. Yesterday was the first time in a while I had only one breakfast..LOL. It's usually B:, B1: and sometimes B2:...
Your list looks pretty good. I see you have issues with carbs too...You'll get all sorts of ideas on that from these threads..

I just relaxed on Monday. It was my last day of being off before my work week begun.
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
2 turkey sausage links
1/2 of a hash brown pattie
1 small can biscuit
Lunch:
My friend and I made yummy spaghetti.. ground turkey, Italian turkey sausage, light sauce and lots of veggies. I kept the noodles and sauce separate so I could eat less noodles and more meat sauce.
I had that w/ a small garden salad and 1/2 a garlic bread stick.
Snack:
about 1/4 cup of hummus
1 serving of Melba toast
Dinner:
Same as dinner
I miss noodles...I just can't eat them. I can eat spaghetti squash and can hardly wait for that to come back in season...but one bite of pasta and I'm finished..Sometimes I have dh make mine a burger patty and then put the sauce on top of that with a slice of provolone cheese...yum. I'm thinking that will be for dinner some time this week...
