I didn't do well on Sunday..I should have stayed away from those hotdogs on Saturday! I got sick and had some noxious stomach issues on Sunday..The fat must have done a number on me..or the spice..not sure which.

B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 serving sf syrup and parkay

2B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1T sugar free preserves

3B: 3 egg omelet, 1/2 cup home fries with onions and peppers

No lunch or snack. I took a three hour nap and that made me stay up till 11pm..what a mess.
 

D: buffalo burrger on a sandwich thin with cheese and mayo

Snack: much later (like 10 pm) 1 hardboiled egg
 

Totals for the day:

Carbs: 72.8
Protein: 131.4

Hey ladies
I had company all weekend so my eating was not very good.

Saturday:
B- 1 small pancake, 2 scrabled eggs, 2 strips of bacon, OJ
S- 1 scoop of chocolate PB ice cream
L- 6" veggie sub from subway w/ extra cheese
D-BBQ chicken leg, grilled corn on cob, grilled asaragus, watermelon
S- too many light beers

Sunday:

Breakfast:
3 strips of bacon, 1 egg and 1 slice of wheat toast

Lunch:
Grilled chicken breast on 1/2 a bun and topped w/ bbq sauce and grilled onions
grilled corn on the cob

Snack: 
3 strawberries
chocolate chip cookie

Dinner: 
1/2 cup of broccoli salad
cheeseburger (no bun)

Snack:
few watermelon chunks
3 strawberries
chocolate chip cookie

Snack: 
2 mixed drinks

In taking into consideration what i had on friday & saturday, I really tried to stay on track today.
I think i did really well since we were out & about for most of the day.
I noticed that im starting to see food as PROTEIN - CARB - SUGAR - FAT - FIBER which is kind of cool - it helps keep me on track & i know that Im more mindful of what im eating.

B: coffee & an atkins chocolate delight shake
L: romaine/ turkey/ salame wraps
S: atkins peanut butter cups
L: applebees 7oz steak (didnt have the veggies & only a couple of bites of the baked potatoe)
S: a couple of bites of a Applebee's Strawberry Cheesecake Shooter Correction
D: 2 The Butcher's Cut Centre Cut St. Louis Style Pork Side Ribs

not the best weekend food wise - but im working on it...
