I'm doing pretty much next to nothing today. Did some shopping this morning but mostly I've been watching History Channel on the Revolution and then the Nascar race. I have done some cleaning today but I don't want to wear myself out cuz I've got three days to get all this stuff done. Unfortunately, because I haven't had that much to do, I've been eating bad..and I'm short on calcium...but I'll get that in here soon.

My eats:

1B: 1/2 serving protein pancakes (made this time with no cottage cheese because I ran out, and they are NOT good either) and reduced fat peanut butter and sugar free honey

2B: mushroom and swiss omelet and home fries with onions and peppers (gave the biscuits and gravy to dh...he loves that stuff!) 

L: found a sausage in the freezer and weighed it. 2.75 ounces but didn't fini****it was spicey. Ate it wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with grilled onions and mustard

D: funny! dh had hot dogs planned for dinner...so again, I had a hot dog wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with grilled onions and spicey mustard..not sure all that fat is gonna sit well later. I'm sure craving saurkraut lately..maybe next week I'll get some.

Granted, the carb number is alittle too high and the protein number is too low. I'm thinking maybe the last serving of protein ice cream and that will be it for today..

I did not do well yesterday at all!
I started off not having any breakfast & before i knew it, it was past noon!
this threw me off for the entire day!
B: 32oz water
L: med Mc Donalds fries & a couple bits of a mushroom/swiss 1/3 lb burger, & a diet coke from McDs. I only ate the meat/shrooms/ cheese, but it was nasty, so i tossed it.
S: Chocolate delight atkins shake & atkins peanut butter cups
S#2(lol) 3 romaine/turkey/salame/cheese lettuce wraps (this was the only "good" thing i ate all day)
D: some nasty garlic fries & 1/2 of a nasty personal pizza - at least it was "food"
We went to a festival last night & they literally ran out of food & drinks! all they had left were hot links & i cant have that, pizza, & garlic fries. Everything was HECKA over priced, but i caved at the last min. b/c i needed SOMETHING.
