So much for an idiot free day today! It's been like that all week long! I'm so grateful for the weekend..I haven't had a moment's peace all week!
My eats:
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes, sugar free syrup and parkay (no more strawberries-darn)
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:30 am 1 pc of sugar free black licorice...it was old and too hard so I only ate about half a piece.
9:45 am 1 medium nectarine
11:15 am 2 cabbage rolls (left overs)
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
1:30 pm 1/2 cup cole slaw
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Iced Tea w/Lemon
6:30 pm 2 chicken marinara patties, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned veggies

Yeah, the carbs are too high and the protein is too low. I have some work to do this weekend.

i think all i had for breakfast was coffee to be truthful, and for lunch i had the salad that the pizza place had screwed up on the day before, so i got a free lunch yesterday! i ate the rest of that for a snack when i got home from work before i headed off to my second job which is subway. about halfway through my shift there i ate a 6 inch chicken breast sub and a cookie on my way home from there last night. i think that was about it for my eats yesterday. not a very good eating day at all, and as little as im eating on a daily basis and i really see it now from posting here daily, why am i not losing at all? i exercise almost daily too, so what gives? i should have an appointment with my surgeon soon so im gonna see what i can find out from him when the time comes. i get all my fluids and then some every day, i dont drink soda but maybe once a week, im just confused!!!!
Seems like your body might be fighting it. If you're consuming less calories than you are expending, you HAVE to lose weight. It's hard to say what your intake is for sure without figuring each thing..at least for a time.
One day won't mess you up but one day also will not lose anything to speak of. Maybe your surgeon will have a different perspective and maybe you're just done and it's time to tone up. I'm not sure.

i got in my pre-work WO & about 72oz of liquids.
B coffee , bacon & cheese omlet
(believe it or not - after a week of omlets - im actaully getting tired of eggs & bacon!)
S: mocha latte atkins shake
L subway BMT on flat bread (i totally could have done w/o the flat bread & just had the meat & cheese)
S: 2 romaine/turkey/salame/cheese stick wraps (shared w/ my son), 2 metamucil waffers
D: IHOPs 2x2x2 & a piece of garlic bread (WTF! - but the cal count was really low, so i went for it. although i totally over ate & could have done w/o the garlic bread! i ended up giving the pancakes to my son & taking a piece of his bacon lol)
S: about 2 cups of movie popcorn
