All my water and such and a 4 mile run. I think I will have some strawberries before bed. I was up at 0530 today and I am tired;why does 30 minutes make such a difference!

I think thats neat that you always have such a great variety of liquids.
Hows the tiredness going? You sounds like you've had a better week (or at least today).

L: 3 turkey/ salame/ cheese lettuce wraps (messy, but they're really taste)
S: Atkins Mocha Latte protein shake, cheese stick
D: 2c Happi House Asian chicken salad, 3 pcs shrip tempura, & some bites of the nasty beef teriyaki (thats the 1st & last time for that one)
I got in my 64oz of liquids & 30 mins on the bike

came home at lunchtime and had a tuna fish sandwich (not to big of a bread eater but we didnt have tortilla shells) with light mayo
a whole lotta cheese for a snack and a half bag of popcorn that i munched on all afternoon
was super busy after i got out of work at 730 so i ordered a chicken breast salad from the pizza place, got it home opened it up and they gave me a chicken breast sub! i was ticked and i tried calling back but they closed right after i picked up my dinner so they will be getting a call this morning about it. i ate half that before i went out and had a few beers with one of my girlfriends. got in all my liquids but as you can see i didnt eat much and what i did eat wasnt the greatest.
I really thought I posted yesterday. We had a pot luck at work so i ate off and on all day. I can not stay out of the bathroom today!
