Oh me oh my...another stress filled day..Got up late, got to work late. Sigh. But at least I am getting my sunshine therapy. I drove to work with the top down and home with the top down...That makes me happy. It doesn't make my hair very happy but ... small price to pay!
My eats:6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes, 4 large strawberries, parkay and sugar free syrup
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
8:15 am 1 plum from a friend's tree
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana
9:50 am 1 plum, 1 hard boiled egg
10:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Lemonade
12:00 pm 4 oz cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion with Thousand Island Dressing

Today was a good day. I got up did laundry, cleaned my apartment then chilled out until work at 3.

well i didnt get as much exercise in yesterday as i would of liked, i have a weird work schedule and when i have to be in early like i did yesterday i dont like going out and walking at 5 a.m. which is what i would have to do on the days i open. i live in a good area of michigan, small town and all that but its still not a good idea for a woman to be out walking by herself that early in the morning.

i actually got a break at work yesterday so i was able to have a snack and i had a cup of yogurt
handful of chocolate mini wheats
left work and headed straight to my daughters softball game, which they won 4-0 and remain undefeated this season and i dont think another team has even scored a single run off of them this year! when i finally made it home i had a plate of nachos (cheese, chips and salsa) while i was eating that i was listening to the radio and they were giving away eclipse tickets to the 6th caller so i called up and won those!!! my daughter was ecstatic! so was i lol. after that i sat down with a movie and a bowl of popcorn for a snack, oh and i broke down and had a half bottle of diet dr pepper last night too.

Yesterday was not bad at all.
I worked my tail off!!! I did 30 mins on the TM, 10 mins of recumbant bike for a warm up to 60 mins of weights (lower body).
I also got in my 64oz of liquids! YEAH.
