Shouldn't things be quiet in the summer at your work? I have been interviewing for other positions and they are all going well. I have already been offered one but it is not my first choice so I asked for 1 week to "think" about it.
0900-protein drink
1100-bagel thin, deli turkey, rf swiss
1400,gingerbread cake(splenda and applesauce recipe), raspberries
1630, banana,rf wheat thins and rf cheese
2000-hamburger gravy over lc bread
2200-probably a skinny cow or 100 cal kettle corn
not enough water;again! all my vits and such and a 3 mile run on the waterfront with a friend.

You would think so but no. Because the school year ends June 30 and the new year starts on July 1...so there is MUCH to do at the fiscal services department...especially since those idiots at the school wait until today to turn in all their cash and checks from October bake and year book sales. No idiot free days for me.

Your list is very good..I always freak when I see so many carbs but you run..so it makes a big difference..

Keep up the good work..See ya

Probably worked good too..I have to have a cracker or something when I feel like that..it helps.

Your list is fabulous! Especially because you are just off the 5dp thingy...or 2 week pouch thingy...LOL. and WOW on the protein number..

You do need that extra water if you're gonna hit the protein that hard but you can dial it in..Keep it up..it's working great. See ya.

i made my 4 miles again today but didnt run any of it, im to scared of flaring my knee up again so i just walked.

my eats
cup of yogurt when i first got up (im ALWAYS hungry when i wake up)
protein shake after my walk
we went shopping this morning so we stopped at a place i had never been before but ive always heard great things about called bobs drive in. they have amazing strawberry shakes with chunks of fresh strawberries in them so that was my first downfall of the day, i shared one with my boyfriend. the burgers and the fries there are AMAZING! i ate about half of a 1/4 pound burger and a handful of the fries. took the rest home.
banana for an afternoon snack
my son had a very close (winning) baseball game and after the game his coach took the team out for ice cream and of course i couldnt go without so i ordered a small oreo flurry and ate a little more than half of that.
when we got home i ate another banana before bed then woke up at 4 a.m. wedensday morning with a belly that was so empty that i was getting sick so i jumped up and ate another banana. all in all not the greatest day for me.

The problem with burgers is the bun. I order them wrapped in lettuce or low carb I think they call it..They can be messy but I can eat a whole thing without the bun..

Walking is alot better for you than running. I used to run when I was in high school but I quit before I hurt myself too bad..now walking is the most I do, or swimming, I think.

Still, you can overcome this day of carb festing tomorrow...it's hard because those carbs will make you really want more carbs. But you can do it..

Keep up the good work. See ya

Good for you for getting  your 4MI in!!
I think shakes are still too sweet for me, so i dont really trip off of them.
The burger on the other hand LOL oh i can down a buger & some fries NP!
But i like that you split it w/ your BF. Ive gotten back in to doing that lately too. Splitting it makes me feel "better" about eating it lol
I like & agree w/ what Dawn has to say about just eating the meat from the burger though! While it is messy - i see a lot of ppl doing that. You can even order it w/o the bun.
Thats something im going to try & implement.

So, this was a good day but a bad eating day. Ate lots of carbs. I took my daughter to the movies to see eclipse. it came out at midnight. It was so packed in the theater. I don't think I have ever seen so many teenage girls in one place before. The movie was good but I liked the second one better.

Breakfast:
Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit from McDonald's
Med Sugar free iced coffee

Snack:
Strawberries
FF Yogurt

Lunch:
Wendy's lg chili ... ate most of it.
2 saltine crackers

Snack:
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 graham cracker
carton of FF milk

Dinner:
1/2 cup of tuna helper w/ extra tuna added
3 big steamed broccoli spears

Snack:
Too much salty, buttery popcorn
6 peanut m&M's
handful of skittles

Carb city but i don't do it often so oh well, today is a new day.

At least they weren't screaming and crying like with Sinatra or Elvis..That drives me crazy.

You're SO right...you don't do that often at all. I keep being reminded of my ex, who in his best New Jersey accent would say "Alittle annointing now and then." LOL. You can eat those things occasionally..and not hurt anything at all.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
