Any Ideas?
Candace,
I think your exercise tracker isn't counting everything you burn. I'm far from being an expert here since I don't do any formal exercise, but I used a website to figure out how many cals I burn in a normal day (think it was fitday.com but not sure). The site took off a certain amount just for being sedentary (sitting on my butt) and did you know you burn cals just driving a car? Turns out I burn around 1600 cals a day just with walking a mile, driving 100 miles (I got a long commute, yuk) and sitting on my butt all day.
So you first have to figure out how many cals you burn in a normal day, then add on how much extra you are burning with exercise.
