Seems weird to me that I didn't get enough protein but I'm suffering from a carb coma and don't really care..I got all my water but just realized that I got none of my vitamins..sheesh..
I have tons of the cabbage rolls. I made them with instant brown rice, it worked well but seriously this carb coma has my brain totally fogged. I napped before but I think I'll be going to bed early too.
How did you do?

I did an hour of zumba, did not get all my water, but did get all my vits and such. I made a splenda recipe and it smells so good in the oven. It is a gingerbread applesauce snack cake. I will have a slice before bed. I need some more protein; maybe a slice of cheese.

In dry areas, like our desert, a swamp cooler is used instead of forced air conditioning. It has pads that are wet down by a pump and a reservar of water and a fan runs over them into the house. The moisture makes the air cooler and is really nice when it's up over 100 degrees around here.
Your list is really good and of course there's the zumba! I needed more protein but fell asleep...carb coma kept me from adding to my calories and protein..I won't be eating those cabbage rolls as left overs. I can't afford to eat them during the day and fall asleep at my desk.
Keep up the good owkr. See ya.

And for the nutritional values I used what is found at fitday for one roll, seriously the protein totals are horrible and the carb totals are horrible too.
From memory I used
3/4 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup rice (before cooking)
minced onions
beaten egg
8 cabbage leaves and shredded cabbage
cook the cabbage leaves for a few minutes until they are tender, roll up with the meat and put on a bed of shredded cabbage that is salted
Pour over a can of tomato sauce with cooked bacon (I used three strips, it called for four), put an ounce of cheddar cheese on top and cover and cook for about an hour at 350.
Serve with sour cream. Makes 8 rolls.
Hubby said it was sort of bland so you could put some garlic powder in the tomato sauce or something with a bit more taste. There are all sorts of similar recipes for this at recipezaar.com and they have the exact nutritional values there.
