Accountability - Saturday
Well, I started the day at 5 am washing dishes and making coffee. As I looked out the window there was the moon setting...So pretty. So I took a picture and posted it on facebook. Turns out it was a lunar eclipse..lol.
B: coffee - seriously!
2B: protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and margarine. Yup, lost my mind and 100 calories with margarine
3B: 1 egg mc sandwich thin..cheese, bacon, mayo..yumer
L: actually just a snack, 1 oz mozarella cheese stick, 1 sugar free shrt bread cookie
D: 4.5 oz baked chicken breast, 1/3 cup mashed whipped potatoes, 1 oz brown gravy from a packet and 4 cooked cauliflowerettes. yumm
So far today, 3 containers of water and more coffee than I like to admit. I did have most of my vitamins. I may have a dessert and with that, the rest of my vitamins.
Walking, cleaning, mostly watching television though..

I did a 3 hour zumbathon which is probably why I am craving carbs like nuts tonight. I am as usual nauseated after the cereal and milk, which is good I need a few hours break from eating! I am going to have some leftover salmon for a bedtime snack or I will get the shakes about 0300!
I have not tracked again, maybe I will in a bit. I am tired and will be going to bed early tonight since I did not get enough sleep the last two nights!

breakfast was a cup of coffee with a breakfast burrito and hash browns, i only ate half the burrito and half the hashbrowns and brought the rest home
for lunch i had a protein smoothie with bananas and strawberries and walnuts then a banana by itself
for dinner we went out again but had pizza at the local bar (bar food rocks and they have the best pizza in town!) so i had 2 slices of pizza and a beer there, then we went to another bar and i had a shot and a beer there. i guess i had my carb load for a week last night and no exercise except for a walk in the woods to my boyfriends game camera to get the memory card out of it.
