What a day! busy busy busy. I did manage to eat enough though...I drank a lot of water because it was the easiest thing to keep with me while I'm running around.

10:45 am chicken patty, sandwich thin, cheese, light ranch

12:30 pm 1 serving (1 oz) animal crackers
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink, 12 oz coffee, 1/2 cup plain soy milk, 1 packet splenda and ice
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple
3:30 pm 4 oz shrimp, cooked (no ****tail sauce? I forgot to pack ****tail sauce!)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, I forget which flavor..LOL.
6:00 pm 4 oz grilled burger with cheese wrapped in lettuce with tomato and thousand island dressing, 4 wedge french fries with mayo

Still, not bad for the day I had. I did alot of walking. If I have desert, it will be popcorn but I think I want more water. Well over a gallon today...

No exercise but alot of running around! all my water and such. I have a three hour zumbathon tomorrow to make up for no exercise today!

ok well not that much cake - but ya, i had cake.
at least i didnt have a lot of it & at least i didnt have any alcohol. Thats one thing that hasnt changed. my intolerance for things overly sweet.
It felt soooooooooooooooo goooooooooooodddddd to sleep in this morning!! i love sleeping.
When i finally got up i was nice & reasted. I grabbed my gear & headed off to the gym only to find that their equipment SUCKS! Its broken - the TM was stuck on elevation 6 & the pins for the universal weight lifting machine were all missing! ugh... very disheartening. So - i came back & tore up my house. Moved furniture & cleaned.

i had a cup or two of coffee
my wonderful boyfriend made me a protein smoothie with walnuts, strawberries and peaches for breakfast
at lunch i had a fruit cup, a brocolli and cheese singles and a 6oz of mozzarella cheese give or take
afternoon snack time i had about 6 oz of chedder cheese and at this point my day kind of went downhill,
had a cup or so of popcorn and then a snack size bag of fritos
i left work and had to go directly to my daughters softball game where i had 2 small bites of her ice cream cup and then stopped at subway and bought dinner. i bought a foot long chicken breast on italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, jalapenos, mustard and parmesan cheese sprinkled on it but i only ate 6 inches and my boyfriend ate the other 6 inches.
for a snack i had a banana and about half a sleeve of ritz crackers, the new cinnamon ones are awesome! like i said i got some bad news (for me great for others) yesterday afternoon so i was feeling a bit down and ate more than i normally would of. plus i did get in all my fluids (i buy a 44 oz ice tea every morning on my way to work) and vitamins in
