Accountability - Thursday
well i think i did pretty good again yesterday. i got 4 miles in after work. the first two i just walk, the second two i walk\run. it takes me about an hour. im getting ready to head out the door here soon to do my 4 before i go in to work today. as for eats
2 cups of coffee
protein drink for breakfast
2 tacos for lunch (had only 15 minutes to eat) that i scarfed down way to fast and my belly hurt for about half an hour afterwards.
6 0z of chedder cheese
got home from work and my boyfriend made me a salad with green pepper, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and tortilla chips. i didnt even eat the whole plate. then i had maybe 3 of his tater tots that he had for dinner.
for a snack before bed i had a delmonte peach fruit cup
all of this along with my liquids and vitamins

Very good! I can't do much exercise after dinner or in the late afternoon...I get too amped to sleep so it's early morning..
I have trouble with eating too fast myself. I need to stop and I'm working on it but isn'*****pical that moms eat fast so they can get on with the stuff they need to do? Like eating is a secondary thing..I aim to make it a PRIMARY thing..but I need to work on it.
