Accountability - Thursday
I'm starting to feel more normal today. I woke up early and had enough energy to get moving...Got some things done at home and drove to work with the top down...that's always good for me..Tomorrow should be even better with all the junk that's going on with the first payday that the schools are closed..
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T Reduced fat peanut butter and splenda (all my vitamins but not the calcium)
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Purple
9:20 am peach shortcake consisting of small raw peach, 1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese and 1 sugar free cake cup
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Lemon Iced Tea
11:00 am 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1 broccoli flowerett (raw), 3 slices tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing (took me 20 minutes to eat this)
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Flavor
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Iced coffee with plain soy milk and splenda
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade
6:00 pm ground sirloin burger on a sandwich thin with cheese and mayo

Well today was OK. I had to go see my counselor from 9 to10 then me and a couple girls went to IHOP for breakfast.

I love IHOP...I just used to eat their omelets but noticed that they put pancake batter in their omelets..I suspect as a filler so I quit doing the omelets there and just do the eggs where I can see the yolks and know they're real eggs! LOL.

Check the menu below or near the omelets. They add "A splash" of pancake batter to add fluff to the omelet. That tells me it's filler cuz pancake batter is cheaper than eggs..I'm sure.

i woke up HELLA early today!! i was up at 5:30am & im usually not up before 6:15. Although, this week has been a bit different w/ my implementing the whole WO in the AM thing. but still - 5:30!!!! come on already.
Aside form that - Im starting to freak out a bit about graduating on sunday. I dont know what to expect & I even had a dream about it (that i was late & missed the whole thing)!
anyways - its my friday & I think i did pretty good for a kick off to a 4 day party weekend
OH OH!!! MAYBE I'LL GET MY WO ON OVER THE WEEKEND to help combat (counteract) what i know im going to eat & drink?!?!?!?

I finally got enough sleep to cover for what i missed last Saturday night. Old age just sucks! The older I get the longer it takes to recover from what I used to be able to do and recover like nothing happened! Oh well, small price to pay. I did make SURE I got my B-12 in and took an extra one on Wednesday...maybe that's it too.

It has been nice here all week. We went to Long Lake in Port Orchard today. Sunscreen on our faces but forgot the rest of our bodies! Took DD abd two of her friends. The last one just went home now. I am tired! This week off is exhausting; but fun!

1130-1330- snacks at the lake,15 red grapes, string cheese,fiber one bar and one handful of baked ruffles
1600-lc tortilla, rf ceasar dressing, chicken breast chunks, lettuce and a sprinkle of parmeson

2100-strawberries and reddi whip
2200-100 cal kettle corn and 1 rf graham cracker
all my liquids, vits and such. No exercise to speak of just a 1 mile walk with the dog and running around with the girls

I get that kind of exercise all the time...just what I do in daily life seems to be alot, compared to other people. I should put on a pedometer and see how far I go...LOL.
Nice list. I'm headed to get 2 lbs of strawberries today. Mostly cuz after eating 6 pounds this year so far myself, dh wants some. Says he never saw them in the fridge...LOL. That's a different story completely but I love them so I'm getting more.
