Accountability - Wednesday
Hit the ground running today. The office is empty but we still managed to find an urgency that has me running...HA. I never doubted it for a minute!
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, reduced fat peanut butter and splenda (running low on sf honey)
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and most of my vitamins but not the calcium
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (and my B-12 sublingual) [top down on the convertible to get my sunshine therapy...YEAH)
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:55 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Lime
11:00 am 1 mango, raw
11:45 am 20 oz ice water with lemon and splenda before Lunch
12:10 am grilled chicken breast lettuce wrap, tomatoes, pickles, onions and mayo (I actually ate this quite slow. I set it down between bites. It got messy but...at least I slowed down alittle).
1:15 pm coffee protein drink, 12 oz Hazelnut/Vanilla brewed coffee, 1/2 cup plain soy milk, 1 packet TopCare Whey Protein powder (chocolate) in a bottle that holds 24 oz with ice to make it mix. YUMM my afternoon caffeine delite!
2:45 pm 1 medium orange, raw
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
6:00 pm 3.5 oz beef smoked sausage with mustard, broccoli cooked, alittle cheese sauce and a sugar free shortbread cookie.

I'm thinking of things I can do this evening instead of snacking...hopefully it will work. How did you do?

i had a protein shake for breakfast
2 cups of coffee with chocolate creamer
around 6 oz of extra sharp chedder cheese
for lunch i had a singles broccoli and cheese and a peach
afternoon snack about another 6oz of chedder
for dinner i ate 2 tacos and for a snack tonight another
peach. thats along with all my vitamins and calcium, b-12 etc throughout the day.
pretty good day!!
Very cool. and I'm totally jealous of anyone who runs and walks like that. I used to run but I seriously don't think my knees can take it anymore. I had alittle walking today and had some twinges..Probably just my excuse.

I woke up, rand some errands then relaxed til work. Work has been slow.

Breakfast:
1/2 Cup of corned beef hash
1 fried egg
Snack:
1/2 a Mango
FF Greek Yogurt
Lunch:
Lg Chili from Wendy's
3 tbsp of RF cheese
Snack:
100 calorie pack of cookies
8 oz FF milk
Dinner: (experimenting with pasta)
1/2 Serving of whole grain pasta
1/2 grilled chicken breast
1/4 Cup of marined artichoke hearts
3 tablespoons of RF alfredo sauce
Snack:
8 oz Chocolate calorie countdown milk
5 strawberries w/ a dollop of SF cool whip
Looks like carbs are a bit high but overall I'm good with my eating today. I'm back maintaining!

1230-turkey and rf cheese on a bagel thin
1800-refried beans, 2 small chicken tacos
2030-1/3 snack size McFlurry
5 mile run and busy all day with DD.

This is a great thing!! Problem is - I didnt eat enough today & need to eat more, but i dont want to LOL
Im actually having a hard time figuringout what i else i can stuff in my mouth to bring up my numbers. lol
I got all my vits in & 64oz of liquids + 60mins of TM & 60mins of weight training
