Another day where I woke up dragging...Maybe I need more B-12 or something...not sure. We'll go with that, I guess.
My eats:
up at 5 am.
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with sugar free syrup and parkay
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and my vitamins without the calcium
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
9:45 am salisbury patty (an extra small one) with cheese sauce and canned carrots on a sandwich thin
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Arizona Lemon Ice Tea (1 calcium citrate)
1:20 pm 1 oz baby carrot sticks, raw (this didn't seem to fill me up at all) (1 calcium citrate)
1:45 pm small raw peach (OMG...this filled me up!)
3:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg (1 calcium citrate and the second B-12)
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 3 oz chicken thigh meat, whole wheat tortilla, tomato, lettuce, cheese
7:00 pm another chicken taco

My goal now is to try and eat slower. Seems I've sped up and I'm eating really fast. I'm going to try and get away from hand held foods like tacos and sandwiches because I tend to shove it in my mouth too fast and not chew well enough...bad habits to get back into...

0900-left over green salad wirh grilled chicken, goat cheese and walnuts
1200-spaghetti pie
1700-orowheat sandwich thin, turkey, rf cheese and 1 c strawberries
1800-2100-20 grapes, granola bar, string cheese and rf wheat thins.
We went to an outdoor concert in a park downtown this evening. We also went to the beach under the narrows bridge after lunch. We walked two miles at a leisurely pace on trails by our house this morning.

I take 500 twice a day. It's the cheap stuff from walmart but it's sublingual too.
You did good..I can completely understand the 1800-2100-20...Sometimes I eat something and think I'm done and then eat more and then more...at least what I do.

Hey ladies..
My day was OK. i had support group this morning and i hate going but i went. after group, i came home and cooked a big breakfast because i was starving then after that , it was time to start getting ready for work. One thing about the short hair that i am loving is.. it only takes about 5 minutes to fix!!
My good eats...
Breakfast:
1 pack of instant cheese grits
2 scrambled eggs
2 sausage links
Snack:
pure protein bar
Lunch:
Smart Ones frozen dinner
Snack:
FF Yogurt
handful of jelly beans
Dinner:
Small garden salad with ff Italian
1 cup jambalaya
Snack:
FF/SF chocolate pudding
A few strawberries
Just wondering because I don't like to go to support either...why don't you like support group? My problem is one person occasionally irritates me. Sort of why I don't go to bible study occasionally either. But I force myself to go to church at least half the time..support group...not so much.
Your list is so good. I heard on Good Eats last night that we eat 4.85 pounds of strawberries a year. I've already eaten 6 pounds this year..LOL.

eeekkkkkk i have been to a support group mtg in like..... 4 yrs!
My excuse - they only hold them on wednesdays & thats when i had class....
of course when my school scheduled changed, i still didnt go.
Now that I finished my degree & have nothing to do - i was thinking about going back to group again.
Yeah ME!!
