i feel like im wayyy overeating!

i was just reading an accountability post and boy do i feel like i over eat! yesterday for example, i had a protein shake for breakfast, drank 44 oz of ice tea (no sugar no lemon) a 32 oz powerade zero and i ate 3 tacos from taco bell over the course of the day, then had a small piece of pizza for dinner. i know these arent the best choices but i was on the run all day yesterday. today i will do better as its back to a normal work day for me but i still feel like i over eat compared to what ive seen posted here. yikes!

My original post is gone?  What I basically said was while these aren't the best choices nutritionally, calorie wise and volume wise you aren't eating much.

Gee, I read accountability and feel like I'm undereating...lol.  It takes me an hour to eat a steamed chicken thigh.   I think I would be eating constantly to get through that much food.  However, accountability helps me make better choices.   I am 2 years out and have maintained for almost a year, dr check ups are good, health is fine, so I don't worry a lot and take my vitamins.  I watch my protein and eat a few bites frequently...like every 2 hours through the day.  i figure as long as the doctor is happy, test results are good and I'm comfortable, it's a good day.
 I  ENJOY GETTING TO KNOW THIS "NEW" WOMAN, EVERY DAY

Your right, they are not the best choices but it happens when we are on the run all day!  Volume wise, it does not seem like a lot to me!

You would die if you saw what I ate lol... I eat at least 1400 calories a day... I eat every 2-3 hours and end up with 6-7 times a day I am eating.
I find a lot of people do not eat enough... also a lot of people are 'scared' to eat...  have to be wary with those accountability posts.. plus I can guarantee that not everybody is 100% honest!!!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

I eat 6 times a day plus sometimes more when I exercise.

So 3 tacos, a protein shake (all the other liquid doesn't count as food but as your 64 oz. or more of liquids a day) and a small piece of pizza doesn't seem like much to me.
