5D Tuesday
Wellp - I have to say that after a really good nights , I am feeling MUCH BTR this morning.
I woke up before the alarm & actually GOT OUT OF BED (instead of hitting the snooze 3 or 4 times until the last minute possible) which is a major accomplishment in itself!
I had a cup of coffee - packed my gear & took off for the gym @ work.
I started the morning w/ 30 mins on the TM. Unfortuantely, thats all I had time for.
but this being my first day of pre-work morning WOs, i think that was pretty good. I how to plan better for tomorrow.
I'll head back to the gym for a post-work WO & yoga :)

Feeling pretty good tonight. Just getting home from post work yoga. Im kinda tired. I crashed this afternoon around 2pm (had to go nap in the car). Im also kinda bummed b/c i wasnt able to work out stay longer & jump on the TM after yoga like i planned. I also planned to work on the core muscle group today - but wasnt able to do that either (dutys at home called). but thats OK - i did at least get some kind of WO in today - so i feel good about that.
Also, im trying to stick to the 5DPT meal plan (this being day 2), but im finding that its really difficult to do so. For instance, im having boneless skinless chicken thighs for dinner tonight.
Im just not sure how much more soup i can tolerate lol
Im pretty much sticking to it during the day though - i'll have that info in the Accountability Tuesday
