What a day! Family gathering for Father's Day at my sister's house..I stayed away from the birthday cake. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, actually..

Here are my eats:
 

B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup and parkay

2B: 3 oz sirloin steak, 1 egg, 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter

L: taco salad: 4 oz turkey burger, 1/3 cup refried beans (non-fat) 1 oz cheese, lettuce, tomato

D: sirloin burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickles and fat free mayo

Dessert: crisp meal replacement bar, peanut butter.

Totals for the day: 
Calories: 1530
Fat: 72.1
Carbs: 88.4
Protein: 152.2

Not bad. I did alright. How did you do?

I ate alot today! I decided not to eat my fiber one bar once I did my totals! We did not do any family get togethers today. My father passed away 13 years ago and we will see my inlaws next week.
0900-heart smart pancake with sf apricot, bacon and a scrambled egg
1300-grilled chicken candwich from BK with half bun removed
1730-turkey meatballs in spaghetti sauce over brocoli and 1/2 serving wheat noodles and a sprinkle of parmeson
1930-1/2 turkey and cheddar on wheat
2230-other half
3 sf reeses cups, and 3 red vines
an hour of zumba and all my water and such.

Happy Father's Day to all you daddys, single daddys, daddys to be & single mommys who are holding it down :)

My sister came over this morning & made bruch for us. It would have been a lazy day if it werent for the 4 mile wlak i drug her on after brunch heheheh but i needed that walk!
