LONG weekend! I went to sleep at 8 pm and didn't get up until nearly 6 am...10 HOURS SLEEP? I must have needed it. So, off and running today.
My eats for Monday:
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, reduced fat peanut butter (chunky) and sugar free honey
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and most of my vitamins without the calcium
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange with calcium citrate (2)
9:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Fruit
11:00 am salisbury steak on a sandwich thin with alittle gravy and some green beans
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
12:50 pm 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T regular peanut butter
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small peach
3:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Raspberry Peach
3:45 pm 1 medium orange raw
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Pink Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 4 broccoli flowerettes

Not bad. I may have some popcorn later. I can spare the carbs and calories, I think.

I had a good weekend but cant believe it's Monday already. I wish the week would go as fast as the weekend goes!

i did great today until the late afternoon. then, my carb % overtook my protein %.
& im still trying to understand how in the helium i managed to pack in over 1600 cals on liquids or the day 1 diet)!
i had over 120oz of liquids (water) & my vits.

1/2 cup of water and whatever flavor, if I use vanilla protein mix..
in the waffle iron and it makes 4 waffles and I eat one or two in a day..
