Hi there!!!

Today ends the 2nd day of day 5 on the 5DPT.
Day 5s menu consist of: Solid Protein - white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb, wild game
Read more.
That means lots of chicken, beef (hambergers), & pork (ribs). ummmm
The only thing i didnt count on was the bread & potatoe salad (carbs carbs carbs).
One thing i did note - i actually felt bad physically when i had the fries, bread, & potatoe salad (= carbed out).
I closed out this week with a nice 4 mile walk today. I plan on picking up the ingredients for the "CC for weight loss" that I posted earlier in the week, so i can get things flowing in the right direction again :D

I will continue with another week of the EV of the 5DPT starting again w/ day 1 tomorrow. I really like how i felt this week & I look forward to seeing the results.
