After 4 days of days 1 & 2 of the 5DPT, Im finally on day 3!
I feel really good about what Ive accomplished this week.
Although I did not have the instant gratification on the scale that I was expecting (after just 4 days), I realized that additional water - sodium - yada yada intake & not enough "out take" totally could have influenced the # on the scale (thanks for pointing that out) :)  I still did it & I feel good about that.
I am doing good mentally, physically, & emotionally & I even thought (for just a milisecond mind you) about maintaining days 1 & 2. Continuing i can continue on what ive been eating. I find myself full most of the day - its hard some days to get in 1500 cals (supost to do 1518) - im getting in way more liquids than every before 7 im taking all my vits- my protein % is finally higher than my carb %!

Day 3 menu option consist of:
Day 3: Soft Protein
canned fish (tuna or salmon) eggs, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy. Read more.
Protein Recommendations: canned fish (tuna or salmon) mixed with lemon and seasoned with salt and pepper, eggs cooked as desired seasoned with salt pepper and/or salsa, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy), baked or grilled, and lightly seasoned.

I stared off very well & maintained that throughout the day. I blew it at happy hour (Dave & Busters).
But thats ok, Im not going to beat myself up for it. I'll make it up over the weekend :)
I still did a great job this week & tomorrow is another day.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.
