I love Friday when it's busy...I had a lot to do and that's a GOOD thing! The bad thing was that I didn't get back to the computer before 9 pm and there was NO way I could keep my eyes open.   My eats for Friday:
  5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles (using the new tub I got yesterday!) sugar free pancake syrup

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/soy milk and sugar free chocolate syrup

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
  8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
  8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

10:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T regular peanut butter and packet of splenda

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

12:30 pm 1/4 lb turkey patty on a sandwich thin with cheese

1:00 pm 6 sugar free cookies (6 is a serving)     1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea

3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
  4:00 pm 1 medium orange  
4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, I forget what flavor


6:30 pm 4.5 oz fried chicken thighs

7:00 pm 1 oz raw carrots

8:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, not caffeinated, I remember that much.
  8:30 pm 1 small protein bar from Heath smart. I know it was peanutbutter and it was 100 calories, probably 10 grams of protein.

Fat: 69.7 Carbs: 86.2
Protein: 127.6
  I like those numbers. Hopefully I'll have a normal (?) weekend. I have lots to do already. We already took some things to the church yard sale at 6:30 this morning and we have a dinner party at my daughter's house and a party at my sister's house tomorrow...busy weekend. expect to see LOW numbers for me.

Not bad... not bad at all....
Like i said,  I got excited around happy hour, but thats ok - tomorrow is another day & another opportunity :) I still had about 96oz of water & got in my vits.
