Accountability - Wednesday
Forget Manic Mondays...Panic Wednesdays! I was told for over a week that the deadline for an important report was Thursday noon and got an email today saying the deadline was 4 pm TODAY...after a panic of 20 minutes because someone critical to getting me information is OUT today, I was told that deadline didn't pertain to me...whew! Better now.
My eats for today:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and my vitamins except for calcium
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry something
8:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 T Peanut butter, packet of splenda
9:30 am (because nothing would go in this stressed out stomach for an hour) 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry
9:45 am 1 medium banana
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade
12:00 pm grilled chicken breast fillet sandwich wrapped in lettuce with tomatoes and mayo
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
3:00 pm 1 protein bar from health smart foods...chocolite..good stuff and only 95 calories. too many carbs but it was good.
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Coffee (12 oz Hazelnut/Vanilla, 4 oz plain soy milk, 2 packets splenda and ice)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
6:00 pm buffalo burger on a sandwich thin with cheese, tomato and mayo
I may have kettle corn for dessert..

Hello ladies
OMG, it is so hot and humid here. When it gets this hot, i don't have much of an appetite so I eat light for lunch and dinner. Then later on at night when I get home, i am starving and start to graze. This has been my issue all week. So, i am going to have to get more protein powder because the light stuff i am eating doesn't have much protein in it and protein is what helps keep me full.
Anyway.. here are my good eats and my bad late at night grazing.
Early AM:
Banana & 8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
Breakfast:
small leftover hamburger pattie w/ cheese
8 oz ff milk
Snack:
Watermelon
Lunch:
Garden salad w/ light ranch
1/2 can of light veggie soup
Snack:
Light Yogurt & strawberries
Dinner:
Garden salad w/ light ranch
Other 1/2 of the veggie soup
Snack:
Handful of grapes
Starting about 1:30 am.. grazed for a couple hours!
1 oz RF Cheddar cheese
4 saltine crackers
2 deli slices of roast beef
100 calorie pack of cookies
2 strawberries
4 oz ff milk and a 1/3 of a scoop of protein powder .. (expired, wanted to see if it taste ok)
I have some protein but it is expired. I tasted it last night and it taste fine. I'm just wondering if the protein still "works" after expiration date????
