side effects

Im having trouble coping w/ the side effects from all the "protein" (mainly allllll the beans & eggs). Seriously - i am killing the neighbors UP THE STREET, let alone my coworkers in the next cube LOL!!!! (not really - im usually running by then LOL).
Then there's the running to the bathroom every 20 mins for bio breaks from all the liquids!
It's irritating, bothersome, & cumbersome to have to interrupt my work flow all the time.

how do you cope?

LOL @ Killing the neighbors! I have so been there. When I did plateau buster diet, i had the same issue!  There is really nothing you can do about it but keep the Lysol near ya.
I know it's  a pain to be going to the bathroom so much but just think of all the water weight you are loosing.

I think it's part of the carb detox effect..My issue is when I have carbs with sugar free stuff..like sugar free cookies. OMG...I peel the wall paper. It's gotten so bad that dh jokes about it..and it's really not funny. I have to really be careful about what I eat at work cuz it can be really bad. I have an air freshener at my desk. One of those with the round balls inside. When the smell starts to start, I give that little jar a shake to release some of the freshner...That and beano..lots and lots of beano.

OOOHHH YAAAAAA SF candys & cookies are GREAT for getting things "going" again.
Come to think of it - they also have that effect on me.
really bad = peeling the paint!! LOL i was joking last night w/ a gf that ive woken myself up & thought it was the dog HAHHAHHAAHHAHA ok not funny - nor TMI it was just a joke.

The air freshener at the desk is a GOOOODDD IDEA!!!!
I'll also pick up more beano.
