Another day closer to the weekend. We had a retirement luncheon today and the theme was Tacos..LOL. We do that occasionally. Because I make the best vegetarian taco meat, I get to bring that. It's really good. So tacos for dinner tonight too..  


My eats:    

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 serving of protein waffles with reduced fat peanut butter (chunky) and sugar free honey

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast

9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry

11:30 am taco salad with soy protein and black beans, cheese and homemade pico de gallo (yum), bean dip and 5 raw cherries

1:20 pm 1 pack sugar free chocolate pudding cup

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix (12 oz Hazelnut/Vanilla coffee, 4 oz plain soy milk, splenda and ice)

4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea    

6:00 pm 4 oz porkchop, fried. 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1 medium banana

Calories: 1412
Fat: 54.8
Carbs: 130.6
Protein: 116.0

I could have done better on the protein...I might have some protein ice cream and that will add 24 grams. But I'm still okay with what I've done today...they were good carbs.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Your tacos sounds yummy.  My day was pretty good. I didn't feel like cooking today so I had a frozen dinner kind of day.

B:  FF Yogurt & 8 oz FF milk

S: Hummus & Melba toast rounds
( I found these indivisual servings of hummus that comes in a 4 pack . Yum)

L: Lean Pocket & few watermelon chunks

S:  Banana & 12 oz Chocolate calorie countdown milk

D: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner & few watermelon chunks

S:  NSA Chocolate pudding cup & 4 strawberries

just waking up from an after work nap.
well - im fixing dinner right now.

i barely squeeze by on my cals today - even on day 2 (groundhog day 1) of the 5DPT
i did however get in 64oz liquids & all my vits **trust me - that in itself is an accomplishment LOL**
