5D Tuesday (Groundhog day)
Hi there,
wellp - im still plugging away here on the extended version of the 5DPT. The "EV" 5DPT is basically 2 days of each day in the plan.
I do the extended version b/c i usually dont do perfectly on the regular days 1 & 2, so i impose the requirement on myself that i'll do it till i get it right. This usually tresults in 2 days of each day in the plan.
Today, Im feeling a little better, although i havent had as much liquids - i need to start pounding those.
I ran our of protein powder, so i had the rest of the SF choc. protein pudding for breakfast. That wasnt enough, so i went & got an omlet w/ bacon, spinach, & onion.
Thats tied me over now basically.
For lunch i had the left over PR beans from yesterday **KILLED my coworkers over here!!! LOL**

ok seriously - its just been an hour since my last post. im not really hungry - but i really want to eat. I picked up another container of EAS protein powder, but dont have anything to mix it with. i had a cheese stick - but thats not working...
this has got to be the hardest thing about days 1 & 2. few menu options & not wanting what little bit is avail. on the menu... this is when the extended version feels like torture - but if i stick to this regime i know that at the reward end of this 10 day trial is HUGE & makes it all worth it.
