OK - after psyching myself out all weekend - Im kicking off the week on the extended version 5DPT. The "EV" 5DPT is basically 2 days of each day in the plan.

Days One & Two: Liquid Protein
low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and pudding. Read more.
Days 1 & 2: Liquids

Feed the Carb Monster Soup Mixes
 

Day 3: Soft Protein
canned fish (tuna or salmon) eggs, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy. Read more.

Day 4: Firm Protein
ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken, lamb), shellfish, scallops, lobster, fresh salmon or halibut. Read more.

Day 5: Solid Protein
white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb, wild game
Read more.

So far, im doing pretty good - but then again, its only 8:40am PT LOL!!!
BUT instead of starting the day off w/ shredded wheat cereal (& coffee) Im having a protein coffee.

All riiiigghhhhtttt
1/2 a day gone & I've already downed 64oz of liquids.
im not TOO "hungry" but i could really stand to CHEW something.

So far ive had:
2 protein coffees for breakfast
all my vits
64 oz of water & crustal light
1c PR beans for L

I plan on having some SF chocolate protein pudding next :)

How about some sugar free gum? I find that helps with the chew thing when I really already know what I want and need is water..

Good luck! Congrats on the resolve...I wish I could find mine...it's around here somewhere, I swear. LOL

RIght on - i'll try that SF gum (need to get some 1st though lol).

I think its been a good day 1. Im feeling kind of sluggish right now, & totally running to the restroom like every 30 mins. LOL

I was still a little hungry after the PR beans, but didnt want to have any more as im not trying to kill my coworkers LOL!!!
So i had some of the SF choc pudding & that filled me up nicely. ***OMMMGGGGG speaking of too much BEANS!!! i had to take a beano b/c MAN LEMME TELL YA **TMI** LOL!!!!!
im working on another 32oz of CL

on the down side - i have a gf coming over for dinner....
we're supposed to have pizza. crap!! what planning...
