Accountability - Monday

I decided to ditch going to work yesterday, stay home all day and do nothing.  It was nice!

Monday's good eats..

B: Banana nut whole grain Cheerios & 6 oz ff milk .. YUM

S: a few watermelon chunks

L: Great Northern beans cooked w/ neckbones.

S: 2 light beers

D: Great Northern beans cooked w/ neckbones

S: FF Yogurt, 2 big strawberries & handful of grapes

S: 1 more light beer

Kay - i just wanted to say you are doing sooooo good!
I just caught your signature - You started off at 475 & are holding steady at 175?!?!?!
DAYUM GF YOU ROCK!!  Thats an accomplishment & you (as well as everyone else here who's managed to maintain their WL) should be very proud!

Thanks.. Yep, I started out at 450 and Now maintaining at 173 right now. I have feel off the wagon 2 times and gained a little weight but as soon as I see a gain, I stop it  right then and get back on track

 congratulations on that PHENOMENAL achievement!!! It gives me as a pre-up of 370 pounds some hope!!! I am scared to death but I am very glad to see some positive storties like yours
