 Is it Manic Monday or is it just me? I can't get myself motivated today. I just wanna get in the convertible with the top down and DRIVE...Maybe to the coast to the beach and enjoy the sun and surf...or not! Can't get motivated..  
 

Eats for Monday:    

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1 T Naturally More Peanut Butter, 1/2 T sugar free honey
 

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/ sugar free chocolate syrup and 1 oz or so of plain soy milk

6:30 am my vitamins with some water without any of my calcium...  

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 2 calcium citrate vitamins, 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

9:00 am 1/2 breakfast burrito with hashed browns, eggs, cheese, bacon..Took me a LONG while to finish this!
 

10:15 am 11 fresh cherries, 2 chunks of melon, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Lemonade
 

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Banana Strawberry

1:00 pm 4 oz chicken, 1 cup salad greens, 2 slices tomato, 5 slices cucumber, 1/2 oz Asian sesame dressing
 

1:45 pm dregs of all the water bottles I made up today...melted ice, that sort of thing

2:00 pm 24 oz Coffee drink (12 oz Hazelnut/Vanilla coffee, 3 oz plain soy milk, splenda and enough Ice to fill up 24 oz bottle) I could have added protein too but...nah. I have enough so far.

3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg  

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Punch

6:30 pm salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, canned green beans

Totals for the day: 

Calories: 1490
Fat: 67.4
Carbs: 105.1
Protein: 121.6

I'm happy with those numbers..I'm not sure I want anything more but possibly an orange or something..

I have not tracked today and probably will not, but I will tomorrow!
0700-protein drink
1330-boca burger, rf cheese, sandwich thin
1600-sf, ff choc pudding, reddi whip and a small banana
1830-chicken,rice, salad and 3 gyoza
Later will be something maybe string cheese and wheat thins and or more pudding
had to be at work at 0600; it has been a long day! I am heading to bed early! All my water and such and no exercise. It is nice and sunny again and should last all week;yay!

Yes but the majority of the carbs came from the beans (and protein powder) and that is GOOD carbs...Not like you ate a giant piece of pizza, which could even be less carbs but those are white/bad carbs..beans are good, bread....BAD> LOL.

Oh believe me!! I totally thought about eating the giant piece of pizza, but i really wanted to stick to the plan.
i wasnt perfect - but i think i did pretty good.
Today is another day & another opportunity.

No problem at all.

2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup low carb pancake mix

Lately I've taken to adding either 2 scoops of protein baking mix (CarbThin) or two scoops of regular protein powder - which isn't as good and about a half cup of water to make it the right consistancy to pour into the waffle maker.

My waffle maker will give me four good sized waffles with this recipe so I can eat one and then the next ones put in the toaster.
