What a lazy day. We went to church and then to breakfast and home...I took a nap and watched discovery channel all afternoon...this was a really nice warm nappy day.

My eats for today:

B: 1/2 serving protein waffle, 1/2 sugar free syrup, 1/2 serving of naturally more peanut butter and sugar free honey

2B: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup hashed browns, 2 pc whole wheat toast without the crust
 

L: hard boiled egg

D: 4.5 oz baked chicken breast, 4 large broccoli flowerettes, 1 small baked potato, 1 oz cheese sauce..

Took me a long time to eat dinner. I may have a dessert but I'm so full right now that I can't even think of it.

Totals for today:
Calories: 1297
Fat: 56.4
Carbs: 89.8
Protein: 114.8

I'm good with those numbers. After yesterday? Psh...

I had kind of a lazy day too; I napped yesterday and it felt so nice! I am not a napper; i jus go to bed early! I was teaching second service sunday school so slept in, read the paper, made breakfast and read the paper some more! After church we had lunch did a little shopping;DD returned/exchanged a birthday gift and then spent her gift card as well. We went to Zumba came home made dinner and then worked on DD project that is due tomorrow. We are not done, I sent her to bed at 9:30 amd worked another hour on it for her. This is nuts; this is fourth grade not high school. Table of contents, report,powerpoint,poem, advertisement, and an oral presentation. I am getting off my soapbox now.
0900-fried egg, rf cheese, bacon on a 100 cal thin
1300-bisquick heart smart blueberry pancakes with sf apricot preserves and more bacon
1700-rotisserie chicken, steamed brocoli and rest of pasta salad from yesterday maybe a half cup but not any more
1800-tiny piece of birthday cake; 3 bites. any more and I am sick as a dog!
2200-rf string cheese,rf wheat thins
2230-sf,ff choc pudding w banana and reddi whip
all my water and such and an hour of zumba. I did not track but the carbs had to be high even without the cake! I have to cover an ill call so have to be at work by 0600!

Hey everyone!

B - 2 regular coffees, 1 protein coffee
S - 3 pieces of bacon
L - double protein drink
D - Red Lobster:  3 scallops wrapped in bacon with bbq sauce, 1 biscuit (can you really pass them up??) and a Ceasar Salad.
S - cherries
S - I was doing SO well then went to the corner hardware store and bought beer.... actually I went for some screws for my motorcycle and picked up the beer on the way out - UGH!!  I know now when I drink (known that for awhile) I want to eat and really have a "I don't give a care attitude" about what it is.  I realize that and ate some cherries I bought today instead of bad bad carbs.
S - Carb Smart ice cream bar
S - small spoon of peanut butter - made myself go to bed then

Hi ladies
I also had a nappy day. After church, I cleaned my car, cooked dinner then chilled on the couch the rest of the day watching movies.

Breakfast: 
2 boiled eggs
1 slice of light wheat toast

Snack: 
Watermelon

Lunch: 
1/2 cup of Shrimp fried rice (made with brown rice)
2 snow crab leg clusters

Snack:
1 scoop of rainbow sherbert

Dinner: 
BBQ chicken thigh and wing
Garden salad with FF ranch
steamed broccoli

Snack: 
String cheese X 2

I love nappy days!!!
I try to have one every day - but it doesnt always work out like that lol

today i had banana pancakes & bacon for breakfast
then we went swimming for like 3 hrs
i had ****tail @ the pool & munchies (cheese stick, SF waffers, & FF wheat thins)
i dont think i had much of a "lunch"
after swimming, i took a short nap & then we were off to the movies - had some popcorn there (ggggeeeee)
"Dinner" was brown rice & some puerto rican beans **ummm beeannnsss**.

The Will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.
