Accountability - Saturday
Normal weekend starting here..No money so we had to skip the big car show but there was one at the local A&W (now Louis Burgers) and that was free! We had dinner out for the 23rd anniversary of our first date..LOL. Yup.
Eats for Saturday
I took all my vitamins except the calcium before my breakfast.
B: 2 scrambled eggs on a sandwich thin with turkey breast deli meat and cheese (and mayo)
2B: 3 egg omelet, 1/2 cup hashed browns, 2 pc wheat toast without the crust
L: chicken patty on a sandwich thin (calcium citrate)
D: 4 oz sirloin steak, 1 cup salad greens with ranch dressing and pc of texas toast
I got all my water. all my vitamins. I got enough exercise, I think. Walking, cleaning. I was up at 3 and doing laundry. For some reason the cat woke me up licking the bottom of dh's flip flop next to the bed...I think that cat has finally lost his mind!

The only number up there that I actually like is the protein number. My GOSH the fat number is high! How did you do?

My saturday was good. I slept in, did laundry, cleaned my apartment then my brothers and I threw my mom a bday party.
Good eats...

8 0z FF milk
Pure protein bar
Lunch:
2 ham & cheese roll up's
Apple
Dinner @ the bday party
1 snow crableg cluster
1/2 a lobster
3 large broiled shimp
Garden salad w/ ff italian dressing
1/4 cup of garlic mashed potatoes
Snack:
1 small peice of birthday cake
1 scoop of rainbow sherbert
i had some slied ham, a cheese stick, & some FF wheat thins. then later i thought that was "not enough" dinner (even though i wasnt hungry) & decided to make myself a hamburger. but that didnt taste as good as i though - so i tossed 1/2 of it... THEN i had a bowl of left over beef stew & topped it off w/ some diet coke.
DANG!!!! like i said, i dont know what the helium was going on w/ me last night.
during the day - i had a cheese stick, some 15grain toast w/ peanut butter for breakfast, & come mall food court samples (LOL!!!) for lunch. then i had a jamba w/ protein, water, more water, & a mango madness...
honestly, i think just the IDEA of going on the 5dpt is causing me binge & hoard food.

Up early after not much sleep dd had a slumber party! We were up early because I was running a 12 K at 0855. Did my run; it is a hilly challenging course; i did it it 1 hour and thirt two minutes. I got all my water in and vitamins. I did not track but I think I was okay even with the pasta salad.
My cat licks plastic bags, it drives us nuts.
