Accountability - Friday
I feel SO much better today..hit the ground running and headed for the weekend!
My eats for Friday:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving of protein waffles with a full serving of Naturally More Peanut butter and sf honey (and my vitamins except the calcium)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Raspberry Peach
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry Tea, calcium citrate
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 1 calcium citrate and started on 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry
10:15 am 1 can tuna packed in water, 1/4 cup canned peas, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, and 1/2 serving of whole grain crackers
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1 oz baby carrots, raw
1:30 pm 1 medium orange raw (this really stuck with me for a long time!)
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 pc Hershey's sugar free candy (a serving is 5 pc)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 3 oz sirloin steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 4 broccoli flowerettes with cheese sauce (yum) and 7 raw cherries
I figure I'll have a 4 oz container of dannon yogurt or even a single serving of kettle corn..cuz I'm calories short but not protein..Without any dessert, my totals are:

Fat: 54.0
Carbs: 102.3
Protein: 132.0
Since my target for protein is 130...everything else is icing..How did you do?

D - low carb tortilla with cheese and taco meat

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
