I used to eat protein oatmeal but the carbs in that are just too much for me now and it causes my blood sugar to drop dangerously...I'm thinking of trying a bagel thin sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon with cheese...it sounds so good right now.

It's all about keeping it varied and I think I'm thinking about a change for breakfast..LOL.

WOW. 12K...that's awesome.

Great list. You do really well. Keep up the good work. See ya

Still 1500 calories isn't bad but the list is very carby and not very protein oriented...Stress will do that and cause you to lose control.

Hopefully when things calm down you can get back under control and get it turned around. Keep up the good work. see ya

I had a small mango, one of those little small yellow ones and it was really really tasty but...WOW the carbs. They're on sale this week at our local mexican market but they're the big red/green ones...I'm thinking the one I had was 1/4 of the value of those..Tomorrow I'm buying cherries finally in season..So much better when they're in season!

Your list is awesome. It always makes me think about what I eat and what I could eat..like that breakfast sandwich sort of deal...I was thinking a breakfast sandwich on a bagel thin today but didn't..lazy me cuz I had the waffles already made and pop them in the toaster...bf.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

That's the best thing about weight  watchers.. you DON'T count carbs or calories. You just figure out the points in the food and focus only on points. I have noticed that I eat way more fruit when I'm doing weigh****chers. I'm sure If i focused on the carbs in a mango, I would not be eating it as often as I have been.  I've decided that Friday is going to be my last day on weigh****chers. According to their scale, I was up 12 lbs. I am down 10 so I'm back on track. My friend is doing awesome. She has lost 18 lbs so far and really likes counting the points.
