What a weekend. I woke up sore today from all the cleaning that I did..We did alittle shopping; alittle eating and had our daughter and son-in-law out for a barbeque. Actually, dd wanted to have us sit for her for photographs so...we fed them too. It was fun just visiting! More relaxing day than yesterday.

My eats for the day:

First off I had six containers of water and all my vitamins..

B: 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and then peanut butter and sugar free honey.

2B: grilled breakfast taco at denny's and 1/4 cup of hashed browns of my husbands

L: hmmm. 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick..no lunch, I guess

D: 1/4 burger with cheese on a sandwich thin...lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo.

Dessert: small orange, raw

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1541
Fat: 75.9
Carbs: 119.5
Protein: 110.5

Not great but still, not bad. How did you do?

OMG...that was 30 years ago? I can't be that old! But I guess I am! Just sad.

I've been playing with fruit and what to eat with it to add some protein...I'm thinking cottage cheese or cream cheese..or that italian cheese, riccota?

Still, you do so well with those little 100 calorie packs..I may have to get those. I do enjoy the chocolate covered soy nuts by SoBe...I think if all I do is read these, I get so much out of them from just the ideas! Some days I see something on a list and think "Hmmm. I need to get me a couple of those, they sound good!"

I take several short walks a day..most are quick paced so I guess that counts.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Wow the weekend went quick... I need another one just to catch up. Hubby was home again on saturday so of course nothing got done in the house... sigh... maybe I can catch up this week. However, I did get ALL the laundry done so that was good.

B: coffee with 1 scoop of choc muscle milk in it.

S: went to our local flea market ate a spcky bologna stick(YUM)

L: roasted eggplant, carrots and carrots. High glycemic veggies but very tasty 2 cups or so

s: turkey/cheese on a sandwich thin

D: low carb pizza (crust was califlower and moz cheese~ yum).

s2 cajun trail mix

Put all but the roasted into fitday and the totals were...

Total 904
fat 33.8
carbs 61.7
protein 62.8

am getting all my fluids but need to switch decaf tea for water... somehow it still affects me. Still really low protein so hope this week is better. Even after a week of better eating... the scale hasnt moved a fraction... why is it so hard to go on and not come off...

Still, you did good. I would have tossed a piece of sausage (or a pre-cooked chicken thigh..) with the grilled veggies but otherwise, you did good. I love roasted veggies. I made gazpacho with those about a month ago and it gives you a completely different set of flavors!

I have to say that it's too easy for the weight to climb on and it takes way too much work to get it off..it takes all of our attention to get it leaving but mostly INATTENTION to get it onto us...drives me crazy because I didn't think this was going to be a life long diet but...it is. You just always have to be aware of what you are eating and have protein each time you have carbs...even the good ones. tiring..

Keep up the good work..See ya.

Since I was off Friday, my friend and i decided to take a last minute road trip. We had a great Saturday and Sunday driving through the country and just hanging out.  Although we ate all of our meals out, i made pretty good choices. Only one time did we share a  brownie with vanilla ice cream on Saturday.

Sunday's good eats

B: 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled w/ ham & Cheese .. 5 points

S: Power crunch bar.. 3 points

L: Baked  chicken breast, WW Yogurt and few strawberries.. 5 points

S: 1OO calorie pack of cookies.. 2 points

D: Smart Ones frozen dinner.. 6 points

Even after my short road trip and eating out everyday, I'm still down 7.5 lbs from my 11 lb gain.

Sounds like fun! I love to do that. We do that more and more now that our son is old enough to leave him for days at a time..The only problem is deciding where to go. LOL.

Your list is awesome. keep up the good work...see ya.
