Whew...What a day. No money to spend so I did today what I used to do when I had NO money (way back when I was unemployed!). I cleaned house. I mean really cleaned! Vacuumed, shampooed..cleaned and cleaned and laundry...I even shampooed the couches and washed all the throw rugs..I wore myself out! Then we went in to town for a cruise in at the local Foster's...All the great old cars there and I just love to listen to dh talk old cars..Good times but MAN, I'm tired now. I did manage to keep track of what I ate too...

Eats:

B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles, 1T reduced fat peanutbutter, 1 tsp sugar free honey

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice

2B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles, again rf peanutbutter, sf honey

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice

L: sandwich thin and breaded chicken patty with cheese and mayo

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice
Snack: hardboiled egg
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice

D: fried burrito (small one) beef and bean
Snack: 24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
Snack: 20 oz Drink Mix,

Snack: 2.5 oz tri tip barbequed beef
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, strawberry

I'm exhausted...I need sleep..

Totals for the day:
Calories; 1521
Fat: 81.2
Carbs: 107.2
Protein: 106.2

I did alright...I could do better but I believe I worked off those carbs. All tha****er has to count too...

I did not do my totals but oh well, I will try tomorrow. I was up early for a short run. Dropped DD off at start of parade route. Our town has an annual parade and she played africandrums with her school choir club. Watched the parade, oicked up DD and went home for lunch and a bit of laundry. Went to town to look at tile for our kitchen floor. No money so just looking and planning for next month. More window shopping then home for some cleaning, but not like yours!
0930-fried egg w rf cheese on 100 cal thin
1300-lc tortilla, rf ceasar, sprinkle of parmeson, romaine and diced chicken
1630-few bites polenta w gorgonzola sauce and 3 prawns wrapped in proscioutto
1930-baked chicken steamed brocoli
2100-strawberries w squirt reddi whip
2200-NOT NECESSARY 14 baked tostitos and 1/4 C rf shredded mexi cheese
all my water and such and a 3 mile run. I need to get to bed on time. Late nights=late night snacks!

Was a strange eating day - drove to my daughters' place (3 1/2 hours)..

B - 2 protein coffees and a regular coffee
L - atkins bar
S - SF crystal lite slurpee (still had 160 calories in it)
D - 6 pieces of sushi roll
S - watermelon (as I was cutting it up)
S - protein milkshake (1/2 of one)
S - 2 beers and tortilla chips (this is where I fell down hard! LOL)

Very low on water yesterday and I could tell this morning.  I don't post my fluid intake unless it contains calories...

Am trying to remember what I even ate yesterday... another busy day, low calories.. .low everything. Am not planning out my meals very well..
