Accountability - Saturday
Whew...What a day. No money to spend so I did today what I used to do when I had NO money (way back when I was unemployed!). I cleaned house. I mean really cleaned! Vacuumed, shampooed..cleaned and cleaned and laundry...I even shampooed the couches and washed all the throw rugs..I wore myself out! Then we went in to town for a cruise in at the local Foster's...All the great old cars there and I just love to listen to dh talk old cars..Good times but MAN, I'm tired now. I did manage to keep track of what I ate too...
Eats:
B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles, 1T reduced fat peanutbutter, 1 tsp sugar free honey
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice
2B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles, again rf peanutbutter, sf honey
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice
L: sandwich thin and breaded chicken patty with cheese and mayo
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice
Snack: hardboiled egg
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix in water with ice
D: fried burrito (small one) beef and bean
Snack: 24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
Snack: 20 oz Drink Mix,
Snack: 2.5 oz tri tip barbequed beef
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, strawberry
I'm exhausted...I need sleep..

1300-lc tortilla, rf ceasar, sprinkle of parmeson, romaine and diced chicken
1630-few bites polenta w gorgonzola sauce and 3 prawns wrapped in proscioutto
1930-baked chicken steamed brocoli
2100-strawberries w squirt reddi whip
2200-NOT NECESSARY 14 baked tostitos and 1/4 C rf shredded mexi cheese
all my water and such and a 3 mile run. I need to get to bed on time. Late nights=late night snacks!

S - SF crystal lite slurpee (still had 160 calories in it)
D - 6 pieces of sushi roll
S - watermelon (as I was cutting it up)

S - 2 beers and tortilla chips (this is where I fell down hard! LOL)
Very low on water yesterday and I could tell this morning. I don't post my fluid intake unless it contains calories...
