I've been missing in action for awhile, but hope to be a permanet resident here on the Graduate boards.  I am  3 years post-op and never reached goal.  I've had a regain from my lowest weight of 168lbs. to 186.5lbs. and I've seem to have lost my drive and motvation, but I'm hoping to get my health and weight back under control.

Wecome... I too am from PA and experienced a regain, but everyone on here is supportive and will kick gently when needed.

You can do it... I can to!

I'm recently back myself.

I lost 90 pounds and kept it off, but after getting pregnant and having my son I'm 25 pounds heavier than I want to be. I'm working on getting it off again and being back on the board is helping me get focused.

It's good to be back and to have you back!

Welcome!  While I'm *only* 20 months out, I've have a 5 lb regain that I just got off - and want to take even more off.  I'm really learning, the hard way, what maintenance is all about!

We can all help each other out!
