V-I-C-T-O-R-Y!!!!!!!!
I am just so ecstatic right now, I thought I would share it with all of you!
I saw my doctor and found that I had gained 10 lbs after my recent 6 day hospital stay. (obviously, that is not the reason why I am so ecstatic!
)
I understood how and why it happened, (eating and minimal movement) but I was still rather disappointed. To cheer myself up, I went to Fashion Bug to buy myself this long black dress I had been eyeing for quite some time. I grabbed my usual size, 3x, and went into the dressing room to try it on. It was TOO BIG!!!!!!!! Even after my 10 lb weight gain, the 3x dress was too big!!!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/dancing.gif)
I bought the dress (they didn't have a 2x and I can get this one tailored) and left the store happy as a clam!
You all have been there for me through my struggles, so I just thought I would share my rare moments of joy with you too.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/dance.gif)
Take care, all of you, and God bless!

Do you see the glass as half empty or half full? I say, what difference does it make--I paid for a full glass,so either way I am getting jipped!!!
Congratulations on your WOW moment! Just think, the 10 lbs is probably water/fluid from the IV's not really fat you have gained from being sedentary. It will drop off quickly! Just keep doing the right things and you'll have it off in a few days.

WOW Miss Kitty!! That is AWESOMW NEWS!!
What a nice surprise it is to go in & try something on only to find its too BIG! I lvoe that feeling. How about you??
BTW - I just read your story & i really have to commend you for sticking it out & sticking to your program. Being 400 lbs is 1 thing - then losing 120 lbs WITHOUT WLS is something else all togehter. Thats a huge accomplishment.
Im sorry so many people LOOKED at your post, but didnt bother to offer an encouraging word or a simple congratulations. But I'd like to offer my congrats on a job well done & encourage you to stay the course!
That said, I agree that a diet of slim fast & animal crrackers isnt the most healthy way to go about it & you might want to consider other meal plan options - switch it up a bit - atkins, WW, yada yada.
Which ever your route - i am convinced that the key to weight loss is: making clean healthy food choices & portion control IN COMBINATION WITH exercise.
Ive never had success when doing just one - but i find im very successful when all 3 are combined.
Wishing you continued success in the future.
Please do keep us posted!!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/grouphuddle.gif)
