Still dragging today...Not sure what the issue is but a headache lingered for a few hours...tylenol and it took care of it SLOWLY...I'm really ready for another weekend!  

Eats for Wednesday:   
 

5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles (made with the chocolate protein..not good but I ate it)

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Pink Lemonade  

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry 

10:30 am single serving microwave popcorn (kettle corn flavor)

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, pickles, tomato, onions and thousand island dressing

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

2:15 pm 1 medium orange raw

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red

3:30 pm 1 serving (16 pc) animal cracker cookies

4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea

6:00 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce, 1/2 cucumber, 1 T Lite Ranch Dressing.

Now for totals:

Calories: 1252 Fat: 50.6
Carbs: 86.0
Protein: 112.8

That shrimp saved me. I had originally expected to eat sausage, sandwich thin and cheese..not good! I shouldn't have eaten those animal crackers (DUH!) Oh well, as it is, I can have a dessert.

I'm ready for another weekend too! Work has been super slow. I've spent more time watching the clock vs working. My eating went as planned.
If I can just not feel irritable and depressed everyday, i might be making progress

Are you getting enough B-12 then? I always feel a bit off if I am not taking enough..and you can take too much without ill effects. When I ran out of my 500 mg sublingual, I was taking 2500 sublingual every day...made me bounce off the walls with energy but all the surgeon's nurse did was laugh at me. Said it couldn't hurt anything. LOL.

That and getting out and walking alittle in the sunshine. I'm sure you do enough of that but it bares reminding..

Hi how are you today..I was just reading what you are eating ...are you doing weigh****chers..I had my surgery in 04 and have gained some weight back and am struggling to loose..cant get back on program...probably have stretched stomach..I have done weigh****chers before ..it is a great diet..I just cant get motivated for some reason..Is it working for you..have you gained weight or just wanted to loose more..I wish you the best...thank you..

Hello..
Yes, i am doing weight  watchers. I was sick for a couple of weeks and was in the hospital eating lots of carbs. When I got out and went home, i continued to eat a lot of carbs. I gained 11 lbs from the out of control eating.
This is my second time doing weigh****chers and it's working just as good it did the first time. The first time, i gained over 20 lbs and lost it quick with weigh****chers.
Weighing in every wed is what helps me do right and the meetings are good too.

I had about the same calories as you but have to swap the protein and carb numbers around! I should of not ate the banana;27 carbs! I am dragging this week as well but I think it is work stress. I have decided to move on, so am updating my resume and looking at other options within the organization. I have been there over 22 years.
0800-protein drink
1200- 1 c chili, rf cheese, rf sour cream and 1 serving baked tostitos
1430-cottage cheese and nsa fruit cup
1900-banana, lc tortilla, romaine, rf ceasar,parmeson and chicken
2000-100 pack lorna doones
all my water and such and an hour of Zumba. DD is not feeling well, I hope she is just tired and can go to school!
I forgot to say yesterday that I had my follow up with my pcp and my weight was 192. It was 202 on April 19th, so 10 pounds down. I was 193 in October. I was hoping to be down to 187 my lowest ever weight but oh well I will keep at it. I do not think I can eat much less and I know I cannot exercise more! I should add some weight training is all I can think of.

You're down 10 pounds!?! That's awesome...Totally awesome. Weight training might add some muscle but you need that too.

22 years in one spot is a LONG time. I've been at my desk for 14 years coming in October but with the retirement in the school system, I better stay where I am. I looked around inside the district and I like being a big fish in a small pond..the queen, so to speak..otherwise, I'd be out of there in a heart beat..

My neice is doing badly with allergies lately. Hope your daughter isn't sick..Sending good thoughts your way..

Well lets see... I could still do better with the carbs and protein but at least the volume overall is down.
6AM 2 cups of coffee with sf creamer
7AM: 2 slices turkey on whole wheat (10 protein, ~30 carbs (
8AM dunkin donut coffee with milk
S: 10 AM 4 strawberries and some blackberries
L: 1PM Burker King salad with grilled chicken, 4 croutons, and 1/2 packet low cal drsg
S: 1/4 cup trail mix (15 carbs, 4gms protein, 160 calories)
D: 1 slice whole wheat bread (14 carbs, 2 protein) + 1 slice turkey
one bite of turkey bacon.

Overall, not a great day. but not the worst I have had....

Now you are doing much better so don't be too hard on yourself...Switch that whole wheat for some multi grain sandwich thins or even bagel thins and you might lose maybe 10 grams of carbs so it's still not bad.. but it's a process and you can't do it all in ONE day...alittle at a time is the best way.
