Accountability - Wednesday
Still dragging today...Not sure what the issue is but a headache lingered for a few hours...tylenol and it took care of it SLOWLY...I'm really ready for another weekend!
Eats for Wednesday:
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles (made with the chocolate protein..not good but I ate it)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Pink Lemonade
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
10:30 am single serving microwave popcorn (kettle corn flavor)
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, pickles, tomato, onions and thousand island dressing
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
2:15 pm 1 medium orange raw
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red
3:30 pm 1 serving (16 pc) animal cracker cookies
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea
6:00 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce, 1/2 cucumber, 1 T Lite Ranch Dressing.

That shrimp saved me. I had originally expected to eat sausage, sandwich thin and cheese..not good! I shouldn't have eaten those animal crackers (DUH!) Oh well, as it is, I can have a dessert.

Yes, i am doing weight watchers. I was sick for a couple of weeks and was in the hospital eating lots of carbs. When I got out and went home, i continued to eat a lot of carbs. I gained 11 lbs from the out of control eating.
This is my second time doing weigh****chers and it's working just as good it did the first time. The first time, i gained over 20 lbs and lost it quick with weigh****chers.
Weighing in every wed is what helps me do right and the meetings are good too.

all my water and such and an hour of Zumba. DD is not feeling well, I hope she is just tired and can go to school!
I forgot to say yesterday that I had my follow up with my pcp and my weight was 192. It was 202 on April 19th, so 10 pounds down. I was 193 in October. I was hoping to be down to 187 my lowest ever weight but oh well I will keep at it. I do not think I can eat much less and I know I cannot exercise more! I should add some weight training is all I can think of.

22 years in one spot is a LONG time. I've been at my desk for 14 years coming in October but with the retirement in the school system, I better stay where I am. I looked around inside the district and I like being a big fish in a small pond..the queen, so to speak..otherwise, I'd be out of there in a heart beat..
My neice is doing badly with allergies lately. Hope your daughter isn't sick..Sending good thoughts your way..

one bite of turkey bacon.
Overall, not a great day. but not the worst I have had....
