Don't mind anyone posting..You're doing awesome. I might even suggest that you go with more fat to keep your skin from drying out...16 grams is really low. I mean it's good usually but we dont' absorb much fat anyway..Just an observation..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Hi Dawn and all.  Went grocery shopping while I was hungry last night - I did drink a bottle of water just before I went to help "dampen" it - it did keep me out of the chip aisle!  I did buy a few things that have carbs, but were weight control types (oatmeal, wheat pancake mix, wasa bread).  Scale was down another lb today - so that's a good sign.  I also was able to stay out of the snacking routine last night - I think the frap helped - I ate it with a spoon (milkshake type of drink).  It could be very addicting!  It was 8 oz of milk (skim for me) 1 scoop of chocolate protein and a few tablespoons of decaf instant coffee and splenda to taste (I put in 2 big teaspoons).  I got it off the RNY board - and they recommended a different instant coffee you can get from online - honestly, it would taste great without the coffee.  Oh and then I added ice.  I let it whirl in the blender for 2 full minutes before mixing in the ice.

B - 2 protein coffees, 1 regular coffee
S - Atkins Advantage protein bar
L - 1/2 ham sandwich (I used to bring the whole sandwich and eat the whole thing throughout the day)
S - Double protein drink
D - a wing and leg/thigh from a rotisserie chicken
S - Protein skinny frappacino

Shopping while hungry is the hardest thing to do without spending a MINT on stuff that you crave..I may have to skip shopping this whole weekend, in fact...my wallet is screaming NO at the thought.

Now that Frap sounds awesome. I may have to do that this summer..I bought some cappacino (canned) from the 99 cent store and keep the cans in the fridge..I'm sure the counts are bad on it but I add my scoop of protein and mix with ice for the iced coffee thing...but you know, I can make a pot of coffee and let it go cold and keep that in the fridge for iced coffee too...I'm getting too many ideas here.

Keep up the good work. See ya
