Good Morning Good Morning!!

I hope all of you are well & on track
I've been a busy little over the past few months - but all is well & less stressed on the home front. My dads doing better - im about to graduate w/ my BS in Biz Mgmt this month - my son is passing the 6th grade & im planning a wedding! Thank you Jesus!!

So instead of waiting a year to come back with "getting back on track" or new beginnings or some other likewise msg - im here now, picking up where I left off.
Im back tracking my food & at least ATTEMPTING to w/ a goal of doing SOMETHING 4x/week.

I hope all has been well while ive been away & look forward to hearing from you all soon.

Best!
C

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Thanks Dawn! It's good to be back.
I consider it a success that ive been maintaining throughout this time - so i havent gained anything. So thats a good thing. Another success is that i didnt wait a year before coming back here (like ive done in the past). Im actually doing "OK".
I have the same issues as before. Still need to take my vits (DAILY), eat right, & work out at least 3-4x/wk. I still need to report in & not only get support, but BE supportive.
So, its good to be back :)

You're right. I get more support by being supportive than sitting here asking for help...What I have to do, I don't want to do but when I see someone's post where they are obviously in pain or hurting...and I'm all over it. Even if I'm in pain too! I wish I was a psych myself so I know why it works that way..

I still wonder if my added 5 pounds up from goal is bounce back or partial failure..I drop down to 128 with no problem so what is the issue? It's all inside my brain!

You are a success. You should share that..Keep it up. See ya.
