HELP!

I am meeting an old friend for lunch today at a Chinese Restaurant and don't know
what to eat to stay on target.  Does anyone have any  suggestions?

Many Chinese restaurants will have a section on the menu of "healthy" choices. These are usually steamed foods that don't have the heavy sauces on them. That usually will include an option of shrimp or chicken with a steamed vegetable which is your best bet.

If they don't have those types of choices listed just ask for some steamed chicken and broccoli with sliced ginger and garlic. It will be delicious and healthy for you. Just remember not to eat all of it!
