At least with your 100 calorie snacks you didn't do 800 calories of cheese puffs! Yikes. I found out that 1 cup of those is nearly 200 calories and I had two cups in each bowl and two bowls...before I knew what I was doing to my counts..How easily I can go over 2500 calories!

I think I have a recipe for spaghetti pie. I wonder if you can do that recipe with spaghetti squash instead of the pasta! Worth looking into for this winter. The oven is officially retired for the summer around here. Too darned hot to bake anything.

I love cheese puffs and have been known to eat 2 100 cal bags. I rarely have them in the house but I have two bags left! I used to eat a whole bag of cheetos in one sitting!

I have made spaghetti pie with spaghetti squash and it is good the night of but does not heat up well the next day for some reason. let me know if you want the recipe; it is easy!

My eats for Tuesday:

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
S - greek yogurt with additional protein for flavor
L - 4 pieces of quesadilla
S - 2 protein drinks (double)
D - 1/2 ham sandwich on wheat bread
s - some cashews
I got munching again..
A beer, a spoon of peanut butter and an atkins advantage bar

And an hour of zumba!
