I think after the carb fest I had over the weekend it might take me a minute to get that carb stuff under control. I did pretty well, all things considered.

That's AWESOME that you're down 7 whole pounds...wow. I'm really impressed and you have so little left to lose too! It works. That's great to know...Congrats.
Keep up the good work. See ya.

This is my second time doing weigh****chers. The first time was when I gained weight after reaching my lowest goal. Some people say that it doesn't' work for me but it works for me very well. It's weighing in weekly and being accountable is what works for me.
When I do the points, it seems like it eat less protein and more fruit and vegetables but i just follow the plan. To stay on track, i always follow the protein first rule and it does work.
My little sister lost all of her weight on weigh****chers...she has kept it off also but follows the plan. She even started her own group of friends who follow they pay 3.00 a week and who ever lost the most at the end of the month gets the money...pretty cool....
I don't think I would change my eating meaning I would still eat the same foods I am just track the points...for us as WLS patients it is what we put into our mouths....we cant eat much... well that is just my opinion...i mean if i ate a dough nut for all three meals as to eating just protein for three meals i would probably gain weight....( i did not eat much this weekend but ate bad foods and gained..) anyway...just thought I would ask...thanks much for your reply....

The things with carbs are the bread (so if you can get that deli turkey in a lettuce wrap, that would help) and the lean cuisine..Cant' really take too much out of that, maybe the pasta or rice but then the calorie number would be different.
Trail mix because of the dried fruit and the bell pepper unless you made it without bread crumbs or rice..dried fruit is notorious for alot of sugar..
Of course the brownie..But you know that.
Once you have the numbers you can look down the list and see what the culprits are but remember, if you're eating fruits and veggies, those carbs are GOOD carbs..
Keep up the good work. See ya.
