I will start this as it seems Dawn was going to have a busy day! I had an okay day. Could of been better and could of been worse!
0800-eggs w cheese bacon and lc toast w/ light butter and sf jelly
1000-1 serving fr nilla wafers
1230-turkey and lit swiss on a 110 cal everything bagel thin(YUM)
1700-2 slices hawaiin on thin crust- new pizza place opened-YUM
1930-sf angelfood cake, stawberries and sf whip cream
All my water and such. I started a chewable Vitamin D3 I have had a bad gutache each time I have taken it a few hours later. I will try it one more time. I never get gutaches; nausea yes and frequently but nothing like this. It woke me up last night. I got up and had a cup of peppermint tea and about an hour later I was able to go back to bed.
1 hour of Zumba. We do not have plans yet for tomorrow. I may just have a picnic under the bridge with DD; if it stops raining long enough!
Hope everyone has a nice Memorial Day. I pray our troops come home soon!I usually go to the cemetary to make sure my parents graves have flags on them; they were both veterans.

Looks like you did awesome again...What is up with the D3? seems weird to have that but maybe you're allergic?

No totals for me and you'll be surprised at some of the stuff I ate..

B: 1/2 serving of protein waffle with sf syrup

2B: the other half of the protein waffle toasted with peanut butter and sf honey

L: 1/6 of my chicken quesadilla from the night before (about half of what I ate for lunch)

2L: 6" meatball sub from Subway on honey whole wheat..with provolone, bell pepper and red onions..yummy but it took me a LONG time to eat it

1D: 1/4 pound cheese burger on sandwich thin with mustard

Snack: lots of cheese crackers, some raw carrots, chips, cheese puffs.

2D: 3 oz tri tip, a bite of beer brat (it was GOOD!)

We did a good amount of walking on the beach and the pier..lots of walking back and forth to the bathrooms. I got some great visit time with my step sisters and some relatives I hadn't seen in years (2nd cousins, twice removed.) and my aunt and uncle from Atlanta..I got great pictures and just had an awesome time..I must have gotten in 7 containers of water (hence all the bathroom trips). And I got a slight sunburn. Got up this morning and I'm not showing any effects on the scale (didn't expect it) but still makes me feel better after being such a garbage bin all day!

 

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You did good for not being at home! It is nice to see relatives! Since my mom died 15 years ago this August I have not seen my extended family much. At first it was just sad for everyone and now we have just all drifted apart. I miss them and should make more of an effort.
I do not get on the scale much; I go by my clothes. The numbers upset me even if I know a higher number is from salt or what not. I am getting weighed Tuesday; tomorrow! I better be good today!
The D3 is weird; I will ask my pcp tomorrow about it. The kind I bought is for kids; 400mg and chewable. I do not know if I will try it again or not later today.

Hiya ladies.
I had a great day with my family. Instead of cooking out today, we did it yesterday. We went to the lake and went swimming, fishing, jumping off the boat, riding on the tube and just a full day of fun! We got there around 9 am and didn't leave til 8!   Point counting did NOT happen.

Breakfast: 
Hot dog (no bun)
slice of watermelon

Snack: 
Grilled chicken leg w/ lil BBQ sauce

Lunch: 
Grilled cheeseburger (no bun)
mini ear of corn on the cob
about 1/4 cup of baked beans

Snack: 
Sugar cookie
few cantaloupe chunks

Dinner: 
Shredded BBQ pork
few bites of potato salad
grilled asparagus
1/2 a beef BBQ spare rib

Snack: 
3 strawberries
Few baked chips

Oh, 2 light beers in the day! 

The good thing is i got plenty of exercise. my body hurts today!  AFter all these calories, i needed the exercise!!

What a wondeful day! Swimming outside? We do not do that here until July or August if then!
I love that ache from exercise; weird huh?

Hi!  Sunday wasn't too bad for me

 - a red grapefruit nectar protein shake (2 scoops) and a regular cup of coffee
L - 2 pieces of seafood quesadilla (leftover)
S - bar nuts and part of a beer sampler
D - 1/2 ham sandwich on wheat bread
S - double protein drink
S - a bag of microwave popcorn
S - 2 beers

(this is where I went wrong the popcorn and beer - scale was up another lb today!  UGH) 

I'm getting frustrated and need to figure out what I need to do to get these 5 lbs off and maintain healthily (is that a word???) 

Walked/ran 2 miles yesterday too
Lots of water - was a very hot day

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.
